Q. What is Bootcamp?
A. Our Boot Camp is not about somebody shouting and screaming at you, it’s about working out with like minded people, motivating each other, working as a team and having fun all while melting away the pounds and getting into the shape of your life!! Imagine having your very own Personal Trainer helping you achieve your goals but in a group environment. Each camp lasts for 4 weeks and is a 45 minute group training session, 3 times per week along with exclusive access to our members only website which will give you all of the latest nutritional advice, healthy eating plans and exercise videos for you to do at home.

Q. How much does each bootcamp cost?
A. Our 4 week camp costs £79 payable in advance This means that at just over £6 per class you will be working with a Personal Trainer for a fraction of the cost by exercising in a group, basically if you were to train with me, 3 times a week on a 1-1 basis for a whole month, you’d be paying at LEAST £420. You will also get full access to our members only portal to include all of our nutritional plans that are provided to our 1-1 clients. We do also offer a 3 month and 12 month membership option at a reduced cost.

Q. Do you offer discounts? ​
A. We have a 3 month and 12 month membership which are at a reduced cost, so the longer you commit to the cheaper the price. We also offer our bootcampers fantastic referral rewards for bringing their friends. If you refer 1 friend that joins you get your next camp half price, refer 2 friends and you don’t pay a penny, so you may never have to pay full price again. Remember there is also the 200% money back guarantee, so if you follow the program 100% and fail to get results, we will not only give you your money back but also book you onto the next camp free of charge.

Q. Why can't I just pay for each session I attend?
A. If you can just turn up and exercise when you want you won’t see results, you need to be exercising at least 3 X 45 minute sessions per week and following a structured exercise & nutrition program to get results, so if we let you just turn up as and when we wouldn’t be doing our part in helping you achieve the body that you’ve always dreamed of, we wouldn’t be able to offer our full money back guarantee if you were missing sessions, by paying upfront makes you accountable for attending each session. Therefore we believe offering pay as you go sessions is actually doing you a dis-service. 
 
Q. Do I have to attend every bootcamp?
A. If you want to achieve results then you need to attend each workout, unless you are ill of course, as there are no refunds given for missed sessions. You can also follow our workout videos at home that are included in our members portal if it is impossible for you to get to a session.
 
Q. Why 45 minute sessions?
A. Research shows that the best way to burn body fat is to do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for no longer than 45 minutes. This will literally set your body up to burn calories for up to 36 hours after your training session.

Q. What Happens in bad weather?
A. There is no such thing as bad weather, if it rains you will get wet, if it doesn’t rain you will sweat go home have a shower and still get wet, a waterproof and a baseball hat should do the trick! (We do also have a marquee that we use for some of our sessions)
 
Q. What do I need to bring with me?
A. Just bring a towel, water bottle and exercise matt if you have one and we’ll provide the fun motivating workouts.

Q. What happens after the four weeks?​
A. That’s completely up to you. If you like the program and want to continue we can discuss which membership option suits you best. If you decide we are not for you then we will be sorry to see you go, but you are not tied into a contract with us. We do however strongly believe in a long-term solution to getting fit and healthy. Our aim is to create a lifestyle change for you and to flip that short term, quick fix mindset, to one that’s focused on being fit and healthy for life.

Q. Do you offer a trial? ​
A. We don’t offer a trial session as we don’t believe you can experience what we offer in a one-off session, however our bootcamp comes with a full money back guarantee. This is called our “Love It Or Leave It” guarantee. So when you book on to our 4 week program you get access to all areas of the program including the online members portal. This will give you a far better idea of what we do because it’s way more than just an exercise class. Then if you find anytime during the first week it’s not for you - no problem - we’ll refund your investment. No questions We take all the risk.
