Our Fitness Camps run over a 4 week period at The Fit Body Bootcamp in Himley. Sessions are on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday with session times listed below. Spaces are limited and must be pre-booked as the camp gets full quickly, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
