I’ve been working with Rich and his happy band of boot campers for nearly 3 months now both at Himley and on zoom. This is a very intensive form of training that you don’t have time to get bored with, it’s fast moving, challenging and great fun. My fitness level has improved massively and I look and feel great. I would wholeheartedly encourage you to try us out, we’re all there for the same reason and Rich will definitely get the most out of you.

Richard Morris, what can I say, brilliant coach motivating and helpful in helping you to acheive your goals. Be it weight loss, fitness or both. Every Bootcamp session different and rewarding. You work at a level you are comfortable with but Richard knows if you can push yourself to do more. The 45 minute sessions fly by and you come away feeling so much better. If you work indoors all week as I do being outside in the fresh air with like minded people 3 times a week all doing their best to get fit is brilliant. 

HARVEY

Absolutely brilliant, was stuck in a bit of a rut going to the gym and body shape not really changing, since starting with Rich, I have enjoyed every single session and look forward to going, body is changing and I enjoy training outside. Rich is very calm, observes carefully and helps to improve your technique. If you want to get fit and have some fun whilst doing so, I can highly recommend this!

Just finished my second week at boot camp. It’s so good, really hard but so rewarding, and fun! It’s a great environment and even though a lot of the people have been going for a while you’re made to feel so welcome and Rich is great, he pushes you just the right amount and helps you out when you need it. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to get fit.

I've just completed my second week of boot camp and it's been awesome. The sessions are hard work but also fun at the same time. Everyone who attends are more than friendly and I feel more motivated to stick to my diets and work harder than I usually do at the gym. I'll definitely be signing up for many more months. I am a shadow of my former self. I had definitely reached that awkward age - get fit or get fat! I went for the former and surprisingly, I love it ! Way better than any gym! I am gutted if I miss a session! Not only have I lost weight and inches, but I have a different attitude to food, stopped snoring, sleep better and generally have more energy!

Wow.... what can I say..
I’ve just completed (and survived) my first week at boot camp. It’s fab, great people, great location, have the choice of 4 time sessions and a brill trainer who is supportive and motivating. Not sure I’ll be able to move tomorrow but already excited of what next week will bring!

The best thing I ever did for my fitness!! Rich is an amazing trainer and keeps the sessions different so you don't get bored. It's so much more than a fitness class!! Rich is also a very educated nutritionist and we have learnt a lot about eating for a healthy lifestyle.

Been a member for a few years, bootcamp is great fun, always challenging, better than a boring gym. Rich Morris is a great coach, personable, knowledgeable and motivating. In addition, the members are a brilliant team, friendly and supportive. If you haven't, you should try it.

Joining Fit Body Boot Camp is the best thing I ever did, I was so unhappy with my body shape, weight, fitness and feeling depressed, within 6 months I lost over 3 stone, reached my target, completely changed my body shape, feel happy in myself and have made some lovely friends. I have been a member for 2 and a half years now. No one judges you because we have all been there and all want the same results, so give it a go, it will be the best thing you ever do

Never to old never too fat never too unfit. Make no mistake it is challenging but you will reap the rewards. Rich and the bootcampers will help and encourage you and you will make new friends learn to do stuff you never thought possible. I had never boxed in my life, but I love it. Plus, Richard Morris is an experienced well-respected coach who is very knowledgeable!

I have been attending the Fit Body Bootcamp for a few months now, I used to feel tired and lethargic, my diet was poor and was somewhat overweight, coming up to my 40th birthday I knew it was time for change. Since following the Fit Body regime, I now feel much more energised,

I am now eating the correct foods, with plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. 
Each class is varied and for me this is brilliant as it means that I never get bored and always stay motivated, being outdoors adds to the fun. Thanks to The Fit Body Bootcamp, I have now lost 2 stone and feel absolutely amazing, thanks again and keep up the great work.

I would just like to say how much I have enjoyed the 4 week The Fit Body Boot Camp, I was dubious about signing up as I had never done anything like this before, but after my first session I knew I had made the right choice. Richard Is a fantastic trainer and really knows how to motivate you. I only intended signing up to one camp but at the end of the 4 week program I had lost 3 Inches across my waist and my hips, I had made so many new friends and had so much fun that I actually felt as though this was now a part of me and the people I had met felt like part of my family, I felt like crying when the camp was over, the first thing that I did when I got back home was to sign straight back up for the next camp. This has definitely changed my life.

I discovered The Fit Body Bootcamp through a workmate who seemed to be achieving some impressive results, I made the decision to sign up as I spent most days in an office sat at a desk and lead an unhealthy lifestyle. To be honest I was fed up of the gym and really fancied the idea of being outdoors. my first camp was totally amazing, NO army style shouting instead varied exercises that seemed to work every part of my body, the camp was fun, motivational and unintimidating. The nutritional support was very helpful in giving me ideas of healthy food options, now 2 months on I have lost a stone in weight, I’m much healthier, I look and feel fantastic, I would recommend this camp to anyone who wants to lose weight and improve fitness, it really did work for me much, much quicker than going to the gym.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Richard for getting my life back on track, after having a baby a year ago my fitness levels and motivation where at an all-time low, after signing up to the Fit Body Bootcamp ,my life has totally turned around, although the camps are run in a group environment you really do feel that you are getting 1-1 training,

I received loads of support from Richard around my diet, his healthy eating program was very easy to follow and got me back on track to being a healthy person, I have now lost almost 2 stone and my whole body feels more toned and looks amazing, the best I have looked for years,
